2. Do you offer free shipping?

  • Yes, within the UK: All UK orders enjoy free shipping.

  • International orders: A flat shipping fee of £10 applies.


3. How long does shipping take?

  • UK Orders: Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.


4. How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.


5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including:

Yes. All products come with a 1-year free warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your item develops a fault within this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.


8. Who covers return shipping costs?

  • UK Returns: Free return shipping.

  • International Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.


9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or is lost?

If your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us at shopify@myboxltd.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
